چکیده

In response to the COVID pandemic, Norwegian government implemented strictest border controls in modern history, barring entry most foreign nationals. The Prime Minister, Erna Solberg, justified these policies with reference rise of new variants and need limit visitors Norway as much possible. As this approach has severe adverse effects on many people, there is a critically examine justification given for closing border. paper, we argue that while restrictions are legitimate, (1) arguments recent banning groups people not convincing, (2) ban unduly limits personal freedoms places an unjust burden transnational citizens Norwegians close relations abroad.
